The short version: this website has no trackers, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. We don’t sell or share anything about you.

Who we are
This website is run by FireKnot Studios LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, based in Colorado, USA. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean FireKnot Studios LLC.
What this website collects
Nothing, on purpose. The site is a set of static pages. It runs no scripts, sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and loads nothing from anyone else: the fonts and images come from this website.
There are no forms. We have no accounts, newsletters or comments here.
Our host
The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, the page asked for and your browser type. Cloudflare does this on our behalf, as a data processor. Its own policy explains how: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy (opens in a new tab).
We have not turned on Cloudflare’s analytics, and we don’t use its request data to identify or profile visitors.
Links to Steam and other sites
Our links to Steam are plain links. Nothing from Steam loads on this site until you click one. Each link carries short tags (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) that tell us which of our pages a visit came from. Valve shows us those counts in total. It doesn’t tell us who you are.
Once you are on Steam, or any other site we link to, that site’s own privacy policy applies. The same goes for our Discord server and our social media accounts: if you join or follow us there, that service’s policy covers what it collects.
If you email us
If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and keep track of the conversation, for example a press request or a bug report. We don’t add you to any list unless you ask to join our press list; then we keep your address for that until you ask us to take it off. Ask us to delete your emails and we will, unless we need to keep something by law.
Our email is handled by Google Workspace.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to us and we will answer.
This website isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
